This evening, the battery on our family van died. We jumped it and drove it straight to the O’Donnell Honda service center in Ellicott City. We expected to leave the van for the evening, and pick it up the next day; however, the service manager personally replaced the battery on the spot, even though it was a few minutes past closing time. The best news, the battery and service were free, both were covered by the 36,000 warranty. Can you beat that service?
We first learned of the great attitude of O’Donnell employees two years ago. Without much preparation, we dropped in to test drive the new Honda Accords, never expecting to buy one. During that first stop, we bought both an Accord and Odyssey. Our salesman was, friendly, helpful, and relaxed; we knew that we would be happy with this dealership, and with each service call we’re more convinced. I wish all car dealerships treated us as well as O’Donnell Honda (especially the Toyota dealership with its rude sales manager).
